This is an informative site aimed at prospective advertisers for the Independent News Group South Africa. Allowing them to see the full list of publications (such as The Star, The Mercury, Cape Argus) and details. The site also allows advertisers to get estimate quotes on adverts.

This was a portfolio site aimed at providing prospective clients with more information regarding the company. They provide a comprehensive range of specialist environmental and scientific services in the field on wetland, riparian area management and ecology.

Compendium Educational Games

Compendium educational games asked us to create a catalogue site for them where schools, parent and psychologists could order educational games. The site includes a CMS that allows the owners to keep the site up-to-date with the latest products they have on offer.

Youth of Choice

Youth of Choice wanted to update their existing logo in order for their brand to hold a more universal appeal. Keeping with the idea of a celebrating figure we decided upon a simple silhouette that will easily be recognisable. For the actual name and tag line we used a combination of a clear bold font to convey a feeling of trust and leadership and a youthful hand written font to represent the youth that YOC is focused on.

Community Care Project

CCP is a charity that wanted their brand to speak to people from the start. They wanted people to know that they are there helping the youth of South Africa whose families have been affected by HIV and Aids. The charity is based on strong Christian values, which is something they wanted people to realise. The client was very happy with how we were able to merge all of these elements into one strong image that speaks to their audience.

Compendium Educational Games

Compendium Educational Games were looking for a simple logo that reflected the two key points in their name 'educational' and 'games'. After much deliberation the most obvious answer was the right solution. With a focus on education in the company name we accompanied the text with a single puzzle piece. Puzzles challenge people of all ages, from simple 10 piece puzzles for young children, to 5000 piece puzzles for those looking for a challenge.

International Commodity Enterprise

For ICE the client gave us pretty much carte blanche with the only request being that it looked professional and upmarket. As they deal with diamond mining we decided upon using three diamonds to reflect the three letters in ICE. Under the abbreviated text we included the name in full keeping the look elegant and well spaced.

Porcupine CMS

Porcupine is our own in house content management system that we use on all of our websites. When naming the CMS we wanted a name that was South African but could be easily recognised overseas. It was at this point that we decided on using an animal's name. Porcupine was chosen because of its defensive abilities which we though reflected our secure system. We decided upon a strong futuristic font for the text and a silhouette of the quills rather than the whole porcupine.

7xpressions

7xpressions is named so because of the multiple services it offers. We chose to use 7 different colours to represent the seven expressions of the company. They were contained within a circular shape to represent unity of these services.

Porcupine CMS

Porcupine is an in-house developed content management system developed and designed to be used by our clients to manage their sites content. This ensures that our clients can keep their sites up to date without relying on us to make the changes.
